The schedule of speakers and topics is all set for the 70th annual conference of the Northwest Turfgrass Association, set for Oct. 30-Nov. 1 at the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Oregon.

It was a packed house for the “Celebrating Efficient Water Use” turf day hosted by Premier Pacific Seeds Ltd in Langley on Sept 13. Over 70 turf managers, speakers, and sponsors were in attendance from as far Qualicum Beach, Squamish and Victoria to hear a diverse palate of speakers.

City of Kelowna Parks Services would like to extend appreciation to all who attended the 4th Annual Fall Field Day. Despite a little shower, City Park proved to be a great venue to host an incredible day of education and networking.
Sports Turf Canada™ and TURFIndustry Inc. have partnered to advance the knowledge and education of Sports Turf Managers in Canada in the areas of synthetic sports turf field safety and maintenance. This one day Sports Turf Canada course, presented by TURFIndustry, will be of interest to those who manage or maintain synthetic sports turf and to those who wish to develop additional knowledge and skills in this subject matter.
