UBC Athletics Sportsturf Field Day, Wednesday, June 13
The Western Canada Turfgrass Association, in partnership with UBC Athletics and the Vancouver Whitecaps FC, invites sportsturf managers to an informative session with Dr. Eric Lyons, Guelph Turfgrass Institute, ‘Overcoming High Sportsturf Demands and Wear & Tear’. The afternoon will also include a tour of the impressive Whitecaps practice facility at UBC.

Speaking Schedule All Set for NTA at Suncadia
Dr. Frank Wong of Bayer Environmental Science and Paul Robertson, the superintendent at Victoria Golf Club, are all set with their presentations for the 71st edition of the annual conference of the Northwest Turfgrass Association, set for Oct. 1-3 at Suncadia Resort in the mountains of Central Washington.

The 72nd edition of the annual conference of the Northwest Turfgrass Association has landed some top-notch national speakers for the gathering Oct. 28-30 in Walla Walla.
