KPU Turf Club "2020 Golf Pass Contest" Winners

Winners of the Kwantlen Turf Club 2020 Golf Pass Contest, which raised $3,670 for turf research project funding (up from $3200 last year!), were recently drawn and are as follows:
2020 Pat Dooley Tourney April 24 at Mayfair Lakes - Everyone Welcome!
Patrick Dooley was a very successful Student Athlete whose true passion was golf. A member at Mayfair Lakes, Pat had hoped to pursue a career in a Turf Management, starting with a KPU Turf diploma.

2020 WCTA Student Award Winners Announced
Every year, the WCTA sets aside up to $2500 for deserving students enrolled in an accredited Turfgrass management program. There were six applications this year.

STUDENT AWARD UPDATE - Jan 10
Oddly, we haven't receive any student award applications at this point and the clock is ticking with just one week to deadline. Everybody usually likes free money so we're scratching our heads a little here! Get on it turfies, we're talking about an award up to $2500 and a free WCTA membershp for the year!
