Make Your Application for 2019 Student Awards

The Western Canada Turfgrass Association is offering MONETARY AWARDS to students enrolled in an accredited Turfgrass Management Program or equivalent. You could be awarded up to $2500.00 for an Outstanding Application. Fine print: award amounts will be based on number and quality of applications.

Olds College Students Celebrate Top Ten Finish in International Turf Competition

Four Olds College students ventured to San Antonio, Texas to participate in the Turf Bowl, a skills and knowledge based competition for undergraduates in Turfgrass related programs.  The Olds College team, has been sponsored by Syngenta Canada since it's first showing in 2015.

It was a privilege to be a part of the 2018 WCTA conference – to see familiar faces and have the opportunity to meet new members. I am proud to be a part of the Kwantlen Turf Club, and always look forward to opportunities where I can help to raise money and awareness for WCTA research that benefits our industry.
