NGCOA Canada Thanks Erica Beck, Regional Director - British Columbia & Alberta

via NGCOA Canada

It is with mixed emotions that I announce today that Erica Beck will be leaving her Regional Director position with the NGCOA Canada to accept an exciting opportunity with Rain Bird Canada as their Area Sales Manager – Golf.

We are certainly sorry to see her move on from a very successful NGCOA Canada career that spanned more than 7 years. Her contributions to both our BC and AB Chapters, along with her leadership and support of all National initiatives, has been exceptional and all golf course operators have ultimately been the beneficiaries of her efforts.

But we are also happy for Erica and this new opportunity. Rain Bird is a world-class company and a longstanding irrigation partner to the NGCOA Canada. We are proud that the NGCOA Canada’s role in her career has played an important part in positioning her as the prime candidate to fill this important position on Rain Bird’s team. And we all look forward to working alongside Erica in her new capacity.

“I am grateful to have been a part of our amazing NGCOA Canada team and have enjoyed my working relationships with our members, the Canadian golf industry and our dedicated staff team. My decision was not made lightly and I am excited for the opportunity ahead and the existing relationship Rain Bird has with the NGCOA Canada." said Erica. "I have been pleased to assist the British Columbia and Alberta Chapters and appreciate all the support I have received during my career with the NGCOA Canada. I am very proud of the results the chapters have had over the years and best wishes for continued successes in 2022!”

Erica’s final day with the NGCOA Canada will be January 21 and she begins her Rain Bird career on January 31. The process to recruit her replacement will be posted shortly, and referrals are certainly welcomed.

On behalf of the NGCOA Canada, thank you Erica for all the good times and great accomplishments that we’ve shared together. You will be dearly missed here but we’re all wishing you the very best success with your exciting new role.

Respectfully,

Jeff Calderwood, CEO
NGCOA Canada
