Too Soon for First 2026 Conference Promo?

While summer has not yet arrived, WCTA members are already asking about our 62nd Annual WCTA Conference and Trade Show, returning to the River Rock Casino Resort on February 10-12, 2026.  Here's the scoop...

For the sixth time in the events history, the WCTA's largest annual undertaking is set to take place Feb 10-12, 2026 in familiar surroundings.  Previous visits to the River Rock included 2018, 2019, 2020, 2023 and 2025.

"Other venues were considered for WCTA2026 but it's very hard to beat the River Rock for so many reasons," said WCTA Executive Director, Jerry Rousseau, adding, "The City of Richmond has once again come to the table with significant funding to assist with production costs allowing us to keep delegate registration fees low while providing a world-class education program and turf management industry trade show,"

With motivation to get rolling sooner rather than later, 2026 event production is well underway and a draft education program is in the works -- if you have speaker suggestion, please get in touch.  On the subject, trade show registration is expected by early August with delegate registration and hotel booking in September.
