Registration Open for Inaugural ‘Tourney Fore Turf Research’

Organizers could not come up with a better name but that’s ok as registration for the first annual WCTA ‘Tourney Fore Turf Research’ is officially open!

Host Superintendent, Peter Szarka, has the course blocked-off for this brand-new fundraiser event. Similar to the Dooley Tournament in previous years, the idea is to gather turf industry friends and colleagues from all sectors in an informal atmosphere for a day of fun and camaraderie on the links whilst raising money to help support turf managers.

Not unfamiliar to organizing golf events, retired KPU Turf Management Lead Instructor, Stan Kazymerchyk, is taking charge of organization because he says, “Strata council is sick of hearing from me.”
