63rd Annual WCTA Conference and Trade Show Announcement

We’ve barely completed 2026 conference post-production but the WCTA Board is anxious to let all WCTA members, friends and colleagues know that the 63rd Annual WCTA Conference and Trade Show will once again be returning to the River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond, BC.

For the seventh time in the event’s history, WCTA’s largest annual undertaking will take place February 9–11, 2027 at the River Rock Casino Resort. Previous visits to this popular venue include 2018, 2019, 2020, 2023, 2025, and 2026.

“Our recent member survey shows overwhelming support for the River Rock,” said WCTA Executive Director, Jerry Rousseau. He added, other venues were considered for WCTA2027, but it’s very hard to beat the River Rock not to mention, seven is a very lucky number!”

Planning for the 2027 event is already underway with a draft show program expected in the coming months. With momentum building early, trade show registration is anticipated to open in late August 2026 with delegate registration following end-September.
