People are Asking About the WCTA Conference

Release…October 23, 2023

The office is fielding a lot of questions about the Western Canada Turfgrass Association’s 60th Anniversary Conference and Trade Show, taking place  February 14-16, 2024 at the renowned Victoria Conference Centre and Fairmont Empress Hotel.

With the two most important questions answered, here’s WCTA Executive Director, Jerry Rousseau with further information:

“Event planning is well underway and we’re already being asked about the education program, trade show and when registration will open.”  Responding in order, he stated, “We’re working on three keynote speakers for this year, Mark Colgate from the University of Victoria is already booked while the other two are in progress.  Four education tracks are being planned with a world-class line-up – watch for names like Nikolai of Michigan State University, Gregoire from Laval, Wherley of Texas A&M and a lot more.  Meanwhile, count on a hustling and bustling trade show as always and as far as delegate and exhibitor registration goes, we’ll be open for business by mid-November.”

Further information on the 60th Anniversary Conference and Trade Show will be released in the coming weeks but go ahead and mark February 14-16, 2024 on your calendar now!
