West Coast Sportsfield Training Day - Message to Vendors
Dear Turf Industry Vendors,
By now, you may have heard the Western Canada Turfgrass Association (WCTA), along with the Sports Turf Association of Canada (STA), is sponsoring and producing the very first ‘West Coast Sportsfield Training Day’ to be held August 29th in the Township of Langley, BC.

The event is modeled after the STA’s successful annual Sports Turf Field Day typically held in Toronto. The West Coast version, hosted by Tab Buckner, TOL’s Manager of Parks Operations and current WCTA Past President, will similarly provide morning educational opportunities, lunch, afternoon vendor show and live on-field demonstration stations catering to approximately 100 sportsfield and parks personnel ranging from equipment operators to department managers and everyone in between. This event is designed to be educational but fun and interactive while creating opportunities throughout the day for networking.

VENDOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Booth cost is $250. Space is limited (24 booths) and will be booked first come first serve beginning at noon Pacific Time, Thursday, July 11th. Booths will be approximately 10’x10’ and include a 6’ table, 2 chairs and 2 lunch tickets. The vendor show takes place on-field and you are encouraged to bring your own tents/outdoor appropriate displays and signage.
