Q: Who will be at this show?
A: This event draws hundreds of professional turf managers from throughout British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan who work in a variety of sectors including golf courses, municipal sportsfields, schools and parks.

Q: What is the cost to attend?
A: The best value is the full package member price at $355 +HST if you register by February 13th.  This includes all educational session except pre-conference seminars, trade show access, ticket to the President's Reception and lunches on both days of the trade show.  The member price is extended to members of the WCTA, BCGSA, AGSA, NGCOA, BCPGA, CSCM and BCGA.  Click here for the registration form.

Q:  How can I register for the show - is their a way to do this online?
A:  Sorry, no online registration yet.  Fax or scan/email or regular mail your registration form to us with payment.

Q: On the registration form is states to fax the completed for with cc payment.  What is cc payment?
A:  credit card

Q: Is lunch included with the pre-conference seminar?
A:  The pre-con seminars run 1:00pm to 5:00pm so no, lunch isn't included.

Q: Where can I find a list of exhibitors that will be participating in the trade show?

Q: Can I play in the hockey game?
A: Please contact Larry Olson at super@pentictongolf.ca  (be prepared to offer some payola)

Q: Doesn’t the trade show normally start earlier Monday morning?
A: Yes.  The trade show starts later this year because we have reversed the education schedule to allow for more dedicated trade show time. 

Q: How much dedicated show time is planned?
A: We are looking at soft opening the trade show at 11:00am on Monday.  Officially, the show will be open from noon to 5:00pm on Monday, all of which is dedicated trade show time except for the BC Superintendents Annual General Meeting from 2:30pm-3:30pm.
