NOTE:  a delegate list will be emailed to all exhibitors by February 25

Announcing ‘Operation Blue Light’

Thank you to all suppliers who have donated to the silent auction item.  In recognition, we will be coming around to your booth on Monday afternoon via electric golf cart with a portable mic system (with a blue strobe light on top) to provide you 2-3 minutes of time to talk about your products and services.  At the end of your few minutes, we would like to make a small prize draw from your booth – please bring something you feel is appropriate for a small draw like a hat, shirt, jacket etc with your company logo.

A few other reminders:

• We have not received booth payments from all exhibitors.  Booths must be paid in full before you will be allowed on the floor.
• We have not received everyone’s booth personnel names and name of person picking up your exhibitor package.  This makes it extremely difficult to make name badges ahead of time and doing this on site is not a very good option.
• If you need power at your booth let us know.  Power will only be provided if requested.
• Delegate registrations are coming in quickly and we will email the list to all exhibitors early next week.  When speaking with clients, make sure you mention the WCTA show and your booth number because when it comes to a trade show, the more the merrier!

One final note:

It’s an extremely busy time for us and there is a lot of show preparation needing attention.  We don’t mind hearing from people but please read the material carefully as you will probably find the answer to your question without the need to contact us.  Right now, with volume so high, it’s taking at least two days to get back to anyone.

Thanks and we look forward to seeing you in Penticton!
