Our ‘Golden Anniversary” themed event has gone retro and we’re back to early March timing.  As well, the planets have lined up this year and there are no conflicting golf or turf industry events.  The excitement is brewing (we’ve already had delegates try to register using last year’s form) and we’re definitely poised to see a tremendous turnout.

Q: Who will be at this show?

A: This event draws hundreds of professional turf managers from throughout British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan who work in a variety of sectors including golf courses, municipal sportsfields, schools and parks.

To help make sure this happens, we’ve put together an extremely attractive education program with an almost entirely new speaker line-up plus we’ve partnered once again with the BC Golf Superintendents Association which means our hugely popular ‘Monday Evening Social and Hockey Night’ is game-on. 

Also, a deal inked earlier this year with the Sports Turf Association has generated a dramatic increase in interest from the municipal side and we’re especially looking forward to announcing the educational program we have in store for our sportsfield people. 

One of the biggest changes our exhibitors will notice this year is major increase in the dedicated trade show time – from 2 hours in the past to a full 5 hours in 2013.  As well, to encourage delegate participation in the trade show, several events will be held in the Exhibit Area including:

• lunches on Monday and Tuesday
• Hosted Exhibitors' Reception -- Monday afternoon 3:30pm to 5:00pm
• Silent Auction for Turfgrass Research and 50/50 draw
• Tuesday morning coffee break
