Exhibitor FAQ's

Q: Who will be at this show?
A: This event draws hundreds of professional turf managers from throughout British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan who work in a variety of sectors including golf courses, municipal sportsfields, schools and parks.

Q: What is the cost to exhibit?
A: $1100 + HST for a 10X10 booth which includes pipe and drape, basic power and lunch/social tickets for two people (doesn’t include Monday Night Social Ticket ).

Q:  Does the booth cost include a table and chairs?
A:  No sorry, it doesn't.  You can bring your own or order through Showtime.  See our display info page at http://www.wcta-online.com/2013-conference/exhibitor-information/display-services

Q: Doesn’t the trade show normally start earlier Monday morning?
A: Yes.  The trade show starts later this year because we have reversed the education schedule to allow for more dedicated trade show time. 

Q: How much dedicated show time is planned?
A: We are looking at soft opening the trade show at 11:00am on Monday.  Officially, the show will be open from noon to 5:00pm on Monday, all of which is dedicated trade show time except for the BC Superintendents Annual General Meeting from 2:30pm-3:30pm.

Q: Is there a trade show theme this year?
A: Glad you asked!  Our theme creation department got off easy this year with it being our 50th Anniversary.  Everything will focus on our Golden Anniversary or '50'.  

A: How many personnel can I have in my booth?
Q: We’ve always had an unwritten policy of four people per 10X10 booth.  This year, we will only make four exhibitor nametags per 10X10 booth.  A nametag is required to enter the Convention Centre.
